So what can you say about an HVAC company and an owner (Vito) who come when you call them, diagnose thoroughly before replacing parts, guarantee their repairs and don't charge an arm and a leg for it. I call them keepers!
We called Vito after the company that installed our HVAC system in our new construction home failed to fix a major issue after multiple visits and many calls to "discuss" the problem with their management and the home builder. Needless to say, it only took Vito and his buddy Harry about 10 minutes to diagnose the issue. Shortly after (parts needed to be ordered) the issue was fixed and the bill was sent to the builder for reimbursement. We are still waiting for the reimbursement check. #FischerHomesSucks

Vito is the man. Our system was only producing hot air so we called Vito, and he was able to come on the same night. He diagnosed the issue and was able to order the part. He came and installed it for us promptly with no issues. He was very nice, professional, and quick. The ending price was better than we expected. I highly recommend him.

Vito and his team replaced our HVAC systems when we purchased our new house. The install went very well and he's always very responsive! He completed the work for a good price and ensures everything is running well. He had to recently replace two UV bulbs and the service was great!
I definitely recommend Mercury Control Heating and AC! I referred a neighbor and his team did great work for them as well!

Thanks to Vito at Mercury Control AC our house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. He and his staff are efficient, friendly, and most importantly trustworthy. I can count on him to quickly assess any problems and trust that he will repair them as cost effectively as possible. My family owns several commercial buildings and rental homes and I would not think of using anyone else other than Vito.

We have been dealing with this company for about 15 years. Vito is the owner and does a lot of the service calls himself. I would not trust anybody else to work on my air conditioners or furnace. He is an honest and hard-working guy - Vito works late into the evening and on Saturdays. He works until the job is done. He has a lot of experience and knowledge - and looks to save you money. He shows up when he says he's going to or he will call let you know he's running ahead or behind schedule. Can't say enough good things.
