An annual Checkup for your air conditioner includes the following…  
1.  Filter Change
2.  Motor Lubrication (indoor and outdoor)
3.  Check the wiring and tighten where necessary.
4.  Check condensate drain for stoppage.
5.  Check temperature drop across the coil.
6.  Check compressor terminals for corrosion.
7.  Check refrigerant levels.
8.  Chemically clean condenser coil.
9.  Taking amp draw of the unit to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
10. Check thermostat for proper operation and efficiency. 


An annual Checkup for your furnace includes the following…  
1.   Filter Change.
2.   Removal and cleaning of burners.
3.   Inspection of the heat exchanger for cracks.
4.   Vacuuming and removal of rust from the heat exchanger.
5.   Cleaning of the pilot assembly.
6.   Testing the operation of all safeties and limits.
7.   Testing of gas pressure.
8.   Testing for gas leaks.
9.   Checking the flue pipe for proper drafting
10. Testing supply air for carbon monoxide
11. Testing the thermostat for proper operation and heat anticipation.                                
12. Tightening of all wiring at the furnace

Annual checkups are $79.95 for the first system and $59.95 for each additional system.   

We also offer Planned Maintenance Agreements
PMA’s offer a discount for paying for both the winter and summer maintenance visits.  This ensures that your heating and air conditioning units operate at optimal levels to reduce costly gas and electrical bills. We also offer platinum service to our PMA customers.  They receive a reminder call that they have a pre-paid maintenance due, 10% off any future repairs, and preferred customer scheduling.

The annual cost for a PMA is $139.95 for a single system,
$219.90 for two systems, $79.95 for each additional system. 
We can also service your humidifier and air cleaners as well.  

PMAs include 2 checkups per system, per year.   

When should you call to schedule an annual checkup?
The best time to schedule annual checkups are in early April for air conditioners and early October for furnaces.  This ensures that your system is in proper working order prior to the peak cooling and heating seasons.
